Volunteer Hours

We have so many wonderful volunteers, but it's critical we track the time given to our Elks Lodge in order to maintain our non-profit status. We know that tracking and submitting the hours can be a pain, so we're trying to make it easy.

GROUP EVENTS - Examples of this kind of event are Committee meeting, car show or other special event or work party. If you were part of a group event, it's ideal that we get one for for the whole event. If this is a group event (committee meeting, bulletin folding, fundraising event), PLEASE use the GROUP EVENT FORM here. Ideally print it out and bring to the event!
